Map Question in Forms

The highly requested addition of map-based questions into our Form tool is now available for all your Form and survey engagements.

This new feature incorporates many of the capabilities of our popular Social Map tool, allowing you to collect spatial feedback alongside other traditional survey question types. It enables your community to identify geographically on a map, areas of concern, potential improvements, and resource allocation needs all within a single survey.

Key Benefits:

  1. Create Highly Interactive Experiences: Create multi-faceted, comprehensive and engaging surveys that seamlessly incorporate spatial feedback, providing a more rich and nuanced understanding of your communities perspectives.
  2. Streamline Your Engagement: Gather valuable spatial feedback directly within your surveys, eliminating the need for separate tools or complex setups, as well as enhancing the depth and relevance of your feedback collection.
  3. Consolidated Data Reporting: Access all survey data, including spatial feedback, in one centralised reporting area. This allows for more efficient analysis and correlation of spatial information with traditional survey responses.

Ready to get started?

Adding a map-based question to your surveys is simple! For detailed instructions, please refer to our Learning Centre article, which provides step-by-step guidance on incorporating this powerful new feature into your surveys.

We believe this addition will significantly enhance your ability to gather even richer feedback, leading to more informed decision-making.

Autocomplete on Short Text Form Fields

Now, when setting up a short text field, you can enable the autocomplete option. Autocomplete is a feature commonly found in Forms that predicts and suggests possible completions for the text a user is typing.

Simply select from a list of pre-defined autocomplete options to be associated with the field. By default, this feature is turned on and selected for preset fields where applicable.

Autocomplete makes Forms easier and more efficient for everyone, particularly for users who benefit from enhanced accessibility features. This enhancement aligns with our ongoing commitment to continue providing an accessible platform for your communities.
