We covered strategies to address how internal teams can embrace digital platforms as a vital component of their entire engagement strategy, and discussed our panellist's experiences on how they have successfully built buy-in.

While the traditional view is that it creates a barrier to participation, mandatory registration offers many potential benefits worth considering. Our first digital HiVE User Conference - From Resilience to Innovation was held in March of 2021 to great success.
We heard case studies and stories that recognised the effectiveness of digital engagement in responding to the immediate and unexpected challenges of 2020, and more importantly, on how the lessons learned can be carried forward to drive permanent and lasting innovation in community engagement.
