📚 SPP Community Training is back for 2024! 📚

Get ready for an exciting year ahead as we unveil our 2024 training schedule, packed with fresh content and classic favourites.


Introducing Social Pinpoint's Community Training—an exclusive perk for our Premium subscribers, featuring expert SPP training tailored for all your users. Dive into monthly online sessions, each lasting an hour and a half, directly hosted on Teams by our product experts.

This year, we're elevating our training program by honing in on specific topics and tools every month. Our goal is to equip your teams with insights and practical applications that can be immediately applied to your upcoming projects. Explore the setup and best practices of different participation and content tools, enhancing and deepening your expertise.

Registration is exclusive to Premium and Enterprise subscribers. If you're not yet a Premium customer and wish to upgrade, or if you'd like to book individual sessions, reach out to your CSM for assistance.

Online engagement can get complicated, especially when it involves coordinating lots of people in your organisation. Training new staff on your engagement platform can feel like a full-time job in its own right.

To alleviate some of this pressure, this training program aims to support our customer's internal teams to learn Social Pinpoint. This program allows you to learn new skills and build on their community and stakeholder consultation expertise to improve their outcomes!

The program aims to make it easier for administrators to manage the growing complexity and demand for digital engagement while still providing consistent, high-quality training directly from our product specialists.

From June 2021, we're hosting regular monthly training sessions on Social Pinpoint and opening the doors to everyone in your organisation. That's right; there are no limits to how many sessions you can attend or even how many users you can send along (subject to session limits).

We plan on holding 10 online sessions per year, providing a specific topic of focus each month so your teams can learn the front-end, back-end and expand their insights with best practice and thought leadership. Session times will vary each month to account for users in different time zones.

The best part is that the training is free for all Premium and Enterprise subscribers* who will receive a 'Season Pass' to attend all sessions throughout the year.

If you're not yet a Premium Subscriber, discuss with your CSM about purchasing a Season Pass separately from your subscription or attend individual sessions at a per session rate.
