📚Community Training - March - Managing Consultation Fatigue

We're delighted to announce our next session in our monthly Community Training program for 2024. Bringing you expert Social Pinpoint training for all your users, this initiative lets you send your users along to monthly, online training sessions to learn everything from the platform fundamentals to advanced thought leadership in digital engagement directly from our experts.

Each session is designed with you, community engagement professionals, to address a specific topic of interest, to ensure you're gaining valuable and focused insights.

In this training session, we welcomed the new year with a focus on Managing Consultation Fatigue.
We explored how to:

  • Manage consultation fatigue across your projects and identify key areas for reducing fatigue
  • Create effective communication strategies through targeted messaging, storytelling and closing the loop
  • Diversify your engagement methods through the use of different tools and styles of engagement
  • Build transparency and trust by leveraging the right tools to aid in decision making and share insights
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of your efforts with our reporting capabilities
