Overview Report - Download Metrics

We have made an update to the way document tracking and download metrics are calculated to provide you with more accurate data on your Overview Report.
Whatâs Changed:
- Previously, the Overview report showed the total number of documents uploaded to a project based on the file set that was assigned, regardless of whether those files are actively used on a project or were used on multiple projects. This can lead to discrepancies in the total document count.
- Now, it will focus solely on downloads that occur from project pages, which will give a clearer view of file activity. The total number of documents uploaded will no longer be included in the report, allowing you to focus on what matters mostâuser engagement with your projectâs content.
What You Will Notice:
- The total documents metric will be removed.
- The new report format will show only the total downloads for documents that have been downloaded and that were added via the file manager into a project page.
- The total download numbers may change in some instances, as the previous count included files added to a file set, even if they were never used in a project. Now, the download numbers will be more accurate, reflecting only downloads of files added to a project page.
