Flex Form Type

We are excited to announce a new addition to our form types, for customers on premium or selected subscription types, that will take your surveys to the next level!
Introducing Flex, the new form type that seamlessly blends the immersive, full-screen experience of Flow with the organised, section-based structure of Paginated forms. With Flex, you have the power to customise the number of questions participants see per screen, giving you full control over content delivery while ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
Why You'll Love It:
- Enhanced User Experience: Flex allows you to create more intuitive and engaging surveys by customising how questions are grouped and displayed. By grouping related questions on the same screen and strategically using sections and logic, you can lead participants through the survey in a way that feels natural, informative and less overwhelming.
- Increased Flexibility: Whether you want to display multiple questions per page or focus on one question at a time, Flex adapts to your needs, offering a tailored experience for your respondents.
As part of this update, the option to select the form type has been relocated from the 'Display' section to the 'Basic' section within the block settings. Choosing the appropriate form type is an important step in structuring your form and its individual sections, helping to ensure an optimal user experience.

Enhancements To The Tab Tool

Weâve added new settings for the Tabs Tool that offer you more flexibility in how tabs are displayed across various devices.
You can now choose to display the Tabs Tool as an Accordion (vertical layout) on different device types. This feature is especially useful if you're using multiple tabs, as switching to a vertical layout on mobile devices can significantly enhance the user experience.
