The Social Pinpoint sends a range of email notifications and auto-campaigns to your Site Users and online community. These are sent automatically when a certain event occurs in the system,
such as a user resetting their password, or can be triggered by a Site
User, such as notifying followers of a project update.
The
content of an email notification or campaign is based on a
pre-determined template. The content of these templates are generally
static but may contain dynamic variables such as the project name, date,
username, etc. Dynamic variables are indicated with two curly brackets,
such as {{message}}.
Templates cannot currently be edited by the
user, but we may be able to adjust them for you depending on your
subscription level (please contact customer support).
