In July, we introduced a range of new features and enhancements across the platform to give you greater control over how you share, manage, and present your projects and reports.

Exclude Questions/Columns - Data table (Form Tool Results)

You now have more control over the data you see and export. The new Manage Columns feature lets you choose which questions or fields appear in your response table and downloaded reports.

Key Features & Benefits

• Use the Manage Columns dropdown to quickly show or hide specific fields.
• Hidden columns are removed from both the on-screen table and exported files (CSV, Excel), but filters still work on that data.
• Use Select All to show or hide everything at once.
• Easily browse all available columns in a scrollable, tick-box list, all selected by default.

This update helps keep your reports clean, focused, and free from irrelevant or sensitive data.

Bulk Feature Action to Text Question Responses

From the Analysis tab, you can now quickly feature or unfeature multiple text responses for a selected question, making it easier to prepare clean, focused Summary Reports. No more manual starring one by one.

Key Features & Benefits

• Feature all text responses for a selected question with a single click to include them in the Summary Report.
• Unfeature all responses for a question just as easily.
• Maintain full manual control, adjust the featured status of individual responses at any time.

Hide Activity Status - Social Map

You now have the option to hide the activity status (e.g., open/closed) on your Social Map. This is ideal for use cases where the map is being used to showcase content or for display purposes, rather than as a feedback tool.

• Option to hide activity status via the Social Map settings.
• Applies to both standard and embedded map views.
• Supports non-interactive or presentation-led use of the map.
• Enables cleaner, more controlled visual outputs for public or internal sharing.

New Preview Link IP Address Restrictions

Add an extra layer of protection to your preview links by limiting access to approved IP addresses. Only users from whitelisted locations will be able to view your project previews.

Key Features & Benefits

• Restrict preview link access using a project-level IPv4 whitelist.
• Admins can easily add and manage allowed IP addresses.
• Optional toggle in the Preview Link modal to turn restrictions on or off.
• Ensures sensitive previews are only visible to approved users and locations.

Project Cloning – Expanded Permissions

Project Cloning is now available to more users. Anyone with "Launch New Project" permissions can independently clone existing projects, no need to rely on site admins. This update also fixes a permissions issue, ensuring cloned subpages inherit the correct access.

• Users with "Launch New Project" permissions can now clone projects directly.
• Removes the need for admin involvement in routine project duplication.
• Speeds up setup for recurring or templated projects.

Sub Nav Block – Button Layout Display Option

A new Button Layout option is now available in the Sub Nav block, making it easier to present sub-page links in a more engaging and readable format. Ideal for content-heavy pages, this update improves both the look and usability of your navigation.

Key Features & Benefits

• New Style dropdown added to the Sub Nav block settings.
• Choose between:
  • Buttons (new layout – now the default for new blocks)
  • List (original layout)
• “Buttons” style displays navigation items as clickable buttons for a cleaner, more modern interface.
• Buttons automatically wrap to a new line and adjust their width based on label length.
• Helps improve readability and visual consistency across your pages.
