The Results report lets you view the results of each of your engagement activities. It helps you understand how participants interacted with each activity and how they responded on the whole. You can also access tabular data and export your results from the platform a.

To access the Results reports, go to Dashboard --> Reports and select Results from the left-hand menu.

Here you will see a table listing each individual engagement activity and associated meta-data including:

  • ID - a unique number given to the activity to help identify it.
  • Question/Title - the name of the activity.
  • Tool Type - The name of the participation tool used in the activity (e.g. Visioner, Social Map, Form, etc.)
  • Total Contributions - the total number of participant contributions collected in the activity since it was published.
  • Contributions Period - the total number of participant contributions collected in the activity during the selected date range.
  • Status - whether the activity is currently opened and collecting feedback or closed and no longer collecting feedback.
  • Page Name - the name of the page that the activity is located on. You can click this link to go to the URL of the activity.
  • Date Created - the date the activity was first added to a page.

Similar to the Overview report, you can filter your results to show engagement activities from different groups of engagements at the top-left of the page, and set a date range to find the activities you are looking at.

Additionally, you can filter by the tool type, do a general keyword search, or search for page name.

To s view an individual report for an activity containing both the raw and aggregated data, click the ‘View Results’ link located under the Question / Title field. The type of information available for each activity report will depend on the participation tool used to create the activity.
