Results Reporting

The Results report provides insights into how participants interacted with your engagement activities, showing both overall responses and detailed data. It also allows you to export the results.


Accessing the Results Report

To view the Results report, go to Dashboard → Reports and select Results from the left-hand menu.

Report Overview

The table will display each engagement activity along with key details:

  • ID: A unique identifier for the activity.
  • Question/Title: The name of the activity.
  • Tool Type: The participation tool used (e.g., Visioner, Social Map, Form).
  • Total Contributions: The total number of responses since the activity was published.
  • Contributions Period: Contributions collected during the selected date range.
  • Status: Indicator whether the activity is open or closed.
  • Page Name: The page where the activity is located (click to view).
  • Date Created: The date the activity was first added.
  • Open Date: The date the activity began.
  • Close Date: The date the activity ended.


Filtering and Searching Results

The following filters are available:

  • Sitewide: Switch between My Projects, Project, Team, Group, or Sitewide to view specific activity data.
  • Date Filter: Select a date range for the report.
  • Include Archived Projects: Tick the box to include results from archived projects.
    • By default, archived projects are excluded, but enabling this option will show data from both active and archived projects, ensuring a complete view of all engagement activities.
  • Tool Type: Choose from a list of available tools (e.g., Quick Poll, Form, Social Map, Visioner, etc.).
  • Page Name: Search for a specific page name.
  • Keyword: Search using relevant keywords.


Viewing Individual Activity Results

Click View Results under the Activity Title to access detailed data for each activity. The information displayed will depend on the participation tool used for the activity. Further information about each type of activity reports can be found in the corresponding tool guides.
